Three Scented Evergreen Plants

Enjoy these 3 plants indoors during the winter months.

I brought my scented pelargoniums indoors for winter. Some began to lose their leaves, while others did not shed leaves for a month. Three plants did not lose all their leaves during their time inside: Pelargonium Chocolate Mint, The Big Apple, and Denticulation filicifolium.

Pelargonium Chocolate Mint has large, mid-green, felted leaves with distinct brown blotches and a soft mint scent. Its flowers are small, pale pink, and have widely spread petals.

Pelargonium Odoratissimum 'The Big Apple' has large dark green leaves that are soft, velvety, and apple-scented. It has small white flowers with purple veins on long petioles.

Pelargonium Denticulation filicifolium has delicate, dissected, sticky, hairy leaves that have a strong scent of balsam. It has pale lavender blossoms.

These three scented pelargoniums can be enjoyed year-round indoors and outdoors.
